Sessions

Therapy is an incredible tool that can empower you to emotionally process, reprioritize values, and take significant steps forward. At Catalyst Counseling, I meet with clients on a weekly basis, for 45 minute sessions. The consistency of meetings is important, and allows for better accountability, deeper understanding, and stronger momentum. Everything we speak about in sessions is confidential, and together we decide what topics are most important for your individual needs.

During the first session, I’ll ask about what made you decide to book the appointment. This information will help guide us to your motivations and priorities. We will discuss what you most want to share and I’ll follow up with questions when I need more details. For some clients, the first session is hard. Opening up to someone new presents a challenge, but allowing yourself a safe space to share is courageous. I’ll be there to encourage you along the way.

Billing

I am an out-of-network practitioner, but unlike many therapists, I submit all claims on your behalf. This helps me ensure you are getting the best possible coverage your plan provides. I’m here to make the process seamless, allowing you to focus on the work we do together, rather than on billing forms. If you are curious about your out-of-network coverage, send me a message.
